NYU - Water Tank
SPK/Lewis was proud to partner with NYU to construct a state-of-the-art water tank on top of the Silver Center for Arts and Science at Washington Square. Project complexities included relocation and work to the building’s elevator control room, life safety equipment relocation, roofing work, and multiple material rigs from the street to the roof deck.
